Manage your active users for Typinator

Typinator 10 utilizes the ergonis License System. Through the License Portal, you have the ability to effectively manage all user accounts associated with your licenses, allowing for easy administration and oversight of license distribution and usage.

Each user is identified by their email. Users need to be assigned to a license to use Typinator. Changes take effect immediately.

Assign a User

1. Open the License Portal
2. Go to Licenses
3. Select your Typinator license
4. Open the License Users tab
5. Click Assign License User
6. Enter the user’s email

The user will be created automatically if needed and assigned to the license.

Remove a User

1. Go to Licenses
2. Select your license
3. Open License Users
4. Click Remove next to the user in the ... Menu

This will free up a license slot.

View Users

1. Go to License Users
2. Search by email or name
3. Select a user to see their assigned licenses and devices
